4. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
4.1 We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, and pixels for strictly necessary functions (cart, checkout, security). We may also use analytics tools provided through our website platform (Wix) and, if we add them, third-party analytics or advertising tools; we will update this policy when we do.
4.2 You can control cookies via browser settings and any consent banner we implement (Wix cookie banner). Blocking some cookies may break checkout.

8. Your choices (all users)

Cookies: Browser and banner controls.

9. Arizona and general U.S. notices
Arizona does not currently impose a comprehensive CCPA-style statute on all businesses identical to California’s, but federal laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, COPPA) and other state laws may apply because we sell nationwide. We honor non-waivable rights. For privacy questions, email support@paddockpcs.com.
10. Notice to California residents (CCPA/CPRA-style)
This Section applies to California residents. Terms like “personal information,” “sell,” “share,” and “sensitive personal information” have the meanings under CCPA/CPRA.
10.1 Categories collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures
In the past 12 months we may have collected the categories in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3, from the sources noted, and disclosed them to the recipient types in Section 5 for business purposes. We do not collect all categories listed in the statute (e.g., we typically do not collect biometric templates, union membership, or government ID numbers in ordinary retail PC sales).
10.2 Sale / sharing
We do not sell or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not have actual knowledge of selling/sharing personal information of consumers under 16.
10.3 Your California rights
Subject to verification and exceptions, you may request:
-
Know / Access — categories and specific pieces of PI we collected about you;
-
Delete — deletion of PI, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., completing transactions, security, warranty records);
-
Correct — correction of inaccurate PI;
-
Opt-out of sale/sharing — if applicable;
-
Limit use of sensitive PI — if we use sensitive PI for purposes requiring limitation (ordinary payment processing/shipping often qualifies as permitted use);
-
Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights.
10.4 How to exercise rights
Email support@paddockpcs.com with subject “California Privacy Request.” There is no web form; describe the request type in your email. We will verify identity (e.g., matching email/order info). You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law (we may require proof of authority and consumer verification).
Opt-out of sale/sharing / targeted advertising: Email support@paddockpcs.com. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no separate opt-out link. Where legally required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a “do not sell/share” request.
10.5 Metrics (optional)
This is not applicable because we do not sell or share personal information.
10.6 Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”): We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. You may send related requests to support@paddockpcs.com.
11. Other state privacy rights
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (e.g., Colorado, Virginia, Utah, Connecticut, Texas, and others as enacted) may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of targeted advertising / certain profiling. To exercise, email support@paddockpcs.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and our verification process.
12. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected such information, email support@paddockpcs.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Users under 18 should use the Site only with parental/guardian involvement as required by law.
13. Third-party sites
Linked sites and manufacturer portals have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
14. International visitors
We are U.S.-based. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection rules. Do not use the Site if you do not want information processed in the U.S.
15. Marketing email consent (CAN-SPAM)
Commercial emails will identify us, provide a valid physical postal address (822 E Ross Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85024), and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. We honor opt-outs within legally required timeframes. We obtain consent to marketing email through an opt-in checkbox at checkout or a newsletter signup.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date / Last Updated date. Material changes may also be announced by Site notice or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; where law requires affirmative consent, we will seek it.
